
More than 300 unmanned aerial vehicles and 50 other aerial targets were intercepted by Russian air defense forces in the area of a special military operation to demilitarize and denazify Ukraine over the past week, the Russian Defense Ministry reported on July 12 in a summary of the progress of the special operation.
According to the Defense Department, from July 6 to 12, Russian anti-aircraft gunners destroyed 308 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles, 28 Vampire and HIMARS multiple launch rocket systems, four ATACMS operational tactical missiles, 17 Hammer guided bombs and one anti-radar missile and three Storm Shadow cruise missiles.
Recall that the Russian Defense Ministry also announced the destruction by Russian troops during the same period of seven M142 HIMARS launchers, which were prepared to launch attacks on Crimea.
