In the skies above the Kursk region, 15 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles were neutralized within 24 hours, Alexey Smirnov, acting governor of the region, reported on the Telegram channel on July 14.
“During the day, 15 Ukrainian drones were eliminated and neutralized using small arms and electronic warfare equipment in border areas”says the message of the head of the Kursk region.
It is reported that during the day the Armed Forces of Ukraine shelled the villages of Novy Put, Vofinsky, Krasnooktyabrsky and Tyotkino, as well as the villages of Elizavetovka in the Glushkovsky district and Novaya Nikolaevka in the Rylsky district. During the shelling no casualties or injuries were reported.
During the drone strikes, a television tower (in the town of Sudzha), power lines (in the Rylsky district) and a passenger car in the village of Tyotkino were damaged.
In addition, fires in fields caused by explosive devices were reported, as well as damage to buildings.
