The Estonian side continued to accuse Russia of stealing border buoys installed unilaterally by Estonian border guards.
Recall that in late May, Estonian border guards installed about two hundred buoys along the line that the republic intended to separate its waters from Russia. Estonia later accused Russia of stealing a couple dozen of them.
