Following a fight between local residents in Korenovsk, a criminal case has been opened under the article on the use of violence against a police officer, the press service of the investigative department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Krasnodar Territory reported on July 23.
According to the investigation, on the evening of July 21, a conflict between local residents occurred near a school on Krasnaya Street. One of the participants in the fight overcame the other. The police arrived at the scene, however, instead of stopping the illegal actions in accordance with the police request, the person involved in the case, born in 2004, used physical force against the employee. He was detained on the spot.
An administrative protocol was drawn up against the detainee under the article on minor hooliganism, which entails disobedience to a legal demand of a government official performing functions of protecting public order or suppressing a violation of public order (Part 2 of Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Procedure.
