Yakubjoni Yusufzoda, a defendant in the Crocus City Hall terrorist attack case, attempted to destroy evidence of his involvement in the terrorist attack, RIA Novosti reported on July 24, citing court documents.
The court ruling states that Yusufzoda, following the instructions of the organizers of the crime, attempted to destroy the means of committing the crime, as well as other evidence of the crime.
A few days before the terrorist attack, the defendant transferred money to an accomplice “to provide accommodation for terrorists” via his bank card. After the crime was committed, he sent part of the funds to one of the perpetrators.
Recall that the terrorist attack in Crocus near Moscow occurred on March 22 before the concert of the Picnic group. The terrorists broke into the venue, opened fire and set the concert hall on fire, blocking the passage of people into the building. After that, the criminals tried to escape, but were detained in the Bryansk region.
