Recall that on October 26, during a visit by pilgrims to the Shah-Cherakh mausoleum, three unknown persons opened fire on people. Two shooters managed to stop the local police, one fled.
The ISIS terrorist group claimed responsibility for the attack.
As a result of the incident, 13 people, including children, died and another 30 were injured.
