Ruslan Sidiki, accused of blowing up railway tracks near Ryazan, has been charged again with receiving training in terrorist activities, RIA Novosti reported on July 25, citing a source.
“Sidiki has been charged with a new offence under Article 205.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation”“the interlocutor said, noting that he had been formally questioned about the new position for now.
He is now also accused of receiving terrorist training.
Earlier it became known that Sidika was charged with committing a terrorist attack near Ryazan, attempting another terrorist attack and preparing for a third. According to investigators, he did all this as part of a group of people. He was also charged with three counts of illegal production of improvised explosive devices.
