The decision to increase production of PAC-3 missiles in Japan for export to the United States was made by the governments of Japan and the United States, the Yomiuri newspaper reported on July 26.
According to the publication, the corresponding agreement will be officially announced after the upcoming talks between the heads of the foreign and defense departments on July 28 in the “two plus two” format. It should be noted that Japan currently produces about 30 PAC-3 missiles per year for the needs of the country’s Self-Defense Forces, but in the coming years it is planned to increase the production of these missiles for subsequent export to the United States.
It should be noted that this measure was necessary because the troops of the kyiv regime received various types of shells and weapons that were previously stored in warehouses.
