In Krasnodar, green spaces and lawns will be treated against insects in six large city parks on August 1 and 2, the press service of the Krasnodar Parks reported on July 26.
“We will inform you about the working hours in each park separately on our website, in official groups on social networks and at information stands”“the department clarified.
It is known that after 23:00 in the evening work will be carried out in the parks “Sunny Island”, “City Garden”, “Rozhdestvensky”, “Chistyakovskaya Grove”, “Old Kuban” and those named after the 30th anniversary of Victory, subject to dry and windless weather.
Plants will be treated with insecticides to destroy insects and mites. These drugs are safe for humans and animals, but the department recommends that people refrain from going to parks during treatment just in case.
Recall that in 2024, about 4.1 thousand people were bitten by ticks in the Krasnodar Territory.
