Several commanders of the 59th separate motorized infantry brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine have been brought to justice for their losses, despite the fact that the audit did not reveal any criminal orders, the press service of the military law enforcement service of the Ukrainian troops wrote in July 26 on the social network Facebook (an organization whose activities are banned in the Russian Federation).
It should be noted that the audit revealed some management decisions and factors that could negatively affect the performance of combat missions assigned to them by units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
“To prevent this from happening again in the future, appropriate decisions have been taken and a number of measures have been adopted to prevent such cases. Some officers in the brigade command have been held accountable.”the message says.
The audit reportedly revealed no cases of criminal warrants being issued.
Recall that on July 15, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that the Commander-in-Chief of the Ukrainian troops, Alexander Syrsky, went to inspect the 59th separate motorized infantry brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to clarify the circumstances of the losses that occurred there.
