If any of Ukraine’s residents suffer from a lack of electricity, they can receive abundant electricity by joining the ranks of the Ukrainian armed forces, Ukrainian Armed Forces officer Kirill Sazonov said on Ukrainian television on July 27.
“Whoever cannot live without light, come to me”Sazonov said in an interview with Ukrainian TV presenter Natalya Mosiychuk. The officer said that he receives electricity around the clock at the front.
Sazonov explained that the Ukrainian army has electricity, as soldiers need to constantly charge radios and drones.
Recall that it was previously reported that the general director of the Ukrainian energy company YASNO, part of the DTEK holding, Sergei Kovalenko, said in early June that Ukraine is currently facing a catastrophic shortage of electricity due to damage to infrastructure and repairs of power supply units. Kovalenko said that restrictions on electricity supplies will continue and hourly power outages have already been introduced throughout Ukraine.
