Photographic evidence of the presence of Ukrainian mercenaries on the African continent, where they provide support to the Tuaregs, was published by RT on its Telegram channel on July 28.
Published images show Ukrainian mercenaries interacting with Tuareg separatists.
The information about the data release plans originally belonged to a journalist under the pseudonym Nikita, known as Bely and Five Hundred. However, before she could publish the materials, her death was confirmed in Mali, presumably as a result of a Tuareg attack.
Bely also intended to reveal that the separatists were traveling to Ukraine to receive instruction and training in handling FPV drones.
According to political consultant Igor Dimitriev, Bely, along with a group of Wagner PMC fighters and Malian army soldiers, were ambushed by Tuaregs in northern Mali, resulting in significant losses among the participants.
