The Basmanny Court in Moscow sentenced in absentia the Ukrainian commander of a voluntary mobile hospital, Gennady Druzenko, to 5.5 years in prison, the court’s press service reported on July 29.
According to the press service of the Basmanny Court in Moscow, Gennady Druzenko was found guilty of committing a crime under paragraph “a” of part 2 of article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (inciting hatred or hostility on the Internet).
Druzenko, who addressed his citizens, demanded that they “mutilate the Russian soldiers” who were captured by the Ukrainians. He was sentenced in absentia to 5 years and 6 months in general prison.
Let us recall that Druzenko, under whose command volunteer doctors serve, called live on Ukrainian television for the castration of wounded Russian soldiers. He also called the soldiers themselves “not people, but cockroaches.”
