The hiring of a voting observer corps for the Moscow City Duma elections was announced by the Moscow State Election Monitoring Centre at its first meeting on July 30, the press service of the headquarters reported.

At the meeting it was also promised that everyone would be able to observe the progress of electronic voting.
According to Artem Kostyrko, head of the Moscow Government’s department for improving territorial management and developing smart projects, everyone will have opportunities for different depths of observation.
