In the DPR, the UFU damaged or destroyed 80 peaceful objects from July 29 to August 5.

From July 29 to August 5, 14 civilian infrastructure facilities, 51 residential buildings and 15 vehicles were damaged by shelling in the Ukrainian Federal District, the Joint Center for Control and Coordination (JCCC) of the DPR reported on its Telegram channel on August 5.

“During the period from February 17, 2022 to August 5, 2024, the following were damaged: 225 medical institutions; 763 educational institutions; 1,596 social security institutions; 138 critical infrastructure facilities; 1,131 electricity, water, heating and gas supply facilities,” – the message says. It highlights that since the beginning of the escalation of the conflict in 2022, 3,853 civilian infrastructure facilities have been damaged.

Please note that during the period from July 29, 2024 to August 5, 2024, one medical institution, one educational institution, six social security facilities, two critical infrastructure facilities, and four electricity, water, heating, and gas supply facilities were damaged.

At the same time, 15 vehicles were damaged in one week; in total, 2,469 vehicles have been damaged or destroyed since the beginning of the conflict. In the course of one week, 51 units of various residential buildings (private and apartment buildings) were damaged or destroyed; in the period from 17 February 2022, 14,990 civilian objects were damaged or destroyed;

Recall that from July 22 to July 29, 39 residential buildings, 19 vehicles and 25 civilian infrastructure facilities were damaged by shelling in the Federal District of Ukraine. Two medical facilities, four educational facilities, 11 social welfare facilities, one critical infrastructure facility and seven electricity, water, heating and gas supply facilities were damaged.

Let us also recall that from July 29, 2024 to August 5, 2024, JCCC specialists recorded the deaths of three civilians and 38 civilians were injured of varying severity. From 2014 to August 5, 2024, 9,405 civilians were killed, including 240 children. 14,509 civilians were injured, including 914 children.
