The project for renewal of the utility network submitted by the Government of the Republic of Kalmykia (RK) to the Government Commission for Regional Development of the Russian Federation has been approved by the Commission and will receive funding from the federal budget in the amount of 520.4 million rubles. This was announced on February 16 on his Telegram channel by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Batu Khasikov.
The project to replace worn-out utility networks was approved at a meeting of the Presidium of the Government Commission chaired by Marat Khusnullin. More than 500 million rubles have been allocated to upgrade the networks, Khasikov reports.
The depreciation of utility networks in the republic is significant: the depreciation of water supply facilities is 70%, water disposal is 80%, heat supply is 66%. The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan plans to solve the problem in stages over two years, 2023-2024.
The first to be replaced are the most deteriorated sections of the collector and duct. Thus, the priority plans include the repair of the main water main along Tengrin Uidl street, a sewerage collector with a diameter of 500 mm in microdistricts 6 and 7 along the street. Sukhe-Bator, as well as the transit heating networks of the 7th microdistrict of the city.
