The Unified Dispatch Center (UDC) has released 100 Caspian transport cards in test mode, the Astrakhan 24 TV channel reported on February 17.
For two weeks, the Caspian maps will be reviewed by employees of the EDC, the Ministry of Transport and Road Infrastructure of the Astrakhan Region, the State Public Institution of JSC Organizing Perevozok and local journalists. Testing will allow you to fine-tune the system and fix weaknesses before releasing it for mass sale.
Since the beginning of the year, 94 large-class buses have taken to the streets of Astrakhan as part of the transport reform. They have already made 7,000 flights and transported more than 400,000 people. Almost half of the passengers paid the ticket by bank transfer. Soon it will be possible to do so with the Caspian transport card.
The estimated cost of the card is 100 rubles. It will be possible to recharge “Kaspiy” at application or service points. If the card is lost, it is not restored, the funds on it are not saved.
Tariffs for the Caspian map are currently being developed, according to which passengers will have access to unlimited travel on main routes, as well as preferential conditions for students.
