This is the description given by neighbors of the man who killed Manuel Luz on Sunday and a homeless man who spent the night in the destroyed house in the parish of Carnido in Lisbon.
At the door of the makeshift “home” — a space that could be called a bedroom, but there is no kitchen or bathroom — the suspect boasts a strange collection. Dozens of bones are scattered across a blanket, bones that he picks up on the street and meticulously washes until they are spotless white.
The suspect was reportedly seen in a nearby area on Monday.
