A permit for the construction of a new outpatient clinic on the Gaverdovsky farm has been issued to the state budget institution of the Republic of Armenia “Stroyzakazchik”, the press service of the Committee for Architecture and Town Planning of Adygea reported on February 16 on the channel Telegram. .
The total area of the outpatient project will be 421.7 square meters. m On the first floor there will be a children’s department with a separate entrance, a pediatrician’s office, a room for procedures and vaccinations, as well as a medical prevention office.
In the adult department, it is planned to locate the offices of the head of the outpatient clinic, therapist, gynecologist, procedures, vaccination, medical prevention and head of nursing, rooms for the staff, as well as other auxiliary premises. The new outpatient clinic will create all the conditions for the reception of people with reduced mobility.
It should be noted that the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Armenia “Stroyzakazchik” is a subordinate institution of the Ministry of Construction, Transport, Housing and Communal Services and Highways of Adygea, acts as a state client in the construction of facilities at the expense of the federal, republican budgets, extrabudgetary funds and other sources of financing. The main activity of the institution is the implementation of the functions of the client-developer in the construction of objects of republican property. The contract price was RUB 34,171,795.90.
