A storm warning was issued in the Krasnodar Territory due to a poor weather forecast: fog, ice and wet snow. This was reported by the press service of the Krasnodar Central City Medical Center on February 17 on its Telegram channel.
The agency notes that a series of cyclonic eddies are expected in the region over the weekend. A storm warning has been issued through Monday morning.
Of the adverse events, dense clouds, snow and sleet, heavy precipitation is forecast in the form of rain combined with thunderstorms, hail and strong winds of 20-25 m/s. The water level in rivers can rise to unfavorable levels.
In a separate area, heavy snowfall can pass, and wet snow clings to wires and trees. Ice is expected on the roads Friday through Saturday.
