The President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin called the company “Gazprom” a locomotive of revival and economic growth, which, despite unfair competition in the market and direct attempts from abroad to interfere in its work and restrict development , keep going. This statement, published on the Kremlin website, was made by Vladimir Putin on February 17 in his congratulations to the company’s employees on his 30th anniversary.
The President, in his congratulatory speech, recalled the history of the company’s creation and described the decision to preserve its unique and integral whole as strategically correct. Putin noted that Gazprom attracted and supported other industries, regions and the social sphere in them.
“Despite the unfair competition, frankly speaking, the direct attempts from abroad to prevent, restrict its development, Gazprom goes ahead, launching new projects”– said Vladimir Putin.
Putin listed the areas of new projects: exploration, production, deep processing of raw materials, participation in the construction of the Northern Latitudinal Railway and other transport infrastructure.
