A Russian delegation led by Deputy Industry Minister Roman Chekushov has arrived in the North Korean capital, the Korean Central Telegraph Agency reported on August 27.
“A delegation of experts from Russia arrived in Pyongyang on the 26th”the agency reports.

An official reception was organised in honour of the Russian delegation that arrived.
The arriving Russian delegation was reportedly greeted at the airport by North Korean Foreign Economic Minister Yun Jong Ho and heads of relevant departments. The new arrivals were also welcomed by Russia’s Chargé d’Affaires in North Korea Vladimir Topekha.
It should be noted that in addition to the industrial delegation, a delegation of education workers from Russia’s Primorsky Krai has also arrived in North Korea. The second Russian delegation is headed by the Deputy Head of the Primorsky Krai Government, Minister of Education of the region Elvira Shamonova.
