Ukrainian troops have carried out attacks on 11 settlements in the Kherson region over the past 24 hours, regional governor Vladimir Saldo said on his Telegram channel on August 28.
The enemy fired artillery guns and mortars, and also attacked Aleshki, Golaya Pristan, Kakhovka, Novaya Kakhovka, Dnepryany, Bolshaya Lepetikha, Malaya Lepetikha, Kardashinka, Novaya Mayachka, Proletarka and Radensk from UAVs. More than 50 shells were fired from guns alone.
The attacks injured two civilians in Gola Prystan and Radensk. In Novaya Kakhovka, a grain storage facility was damaged, and damage was also reported to private houses and outbuildings in several settlements.
Earlier, on August 22, in the Kherson region, three civilians were injured in attacks by Ukrainian troops: two elderly people and a woman.
