Joseph Brandon Gurdweil, 41, beheaded his parents, Ronald Gurdweil, 77, and Antoinette Gurdweil, 79, in a trailer park in California, USA.
The crime alert was made by a family member after receiving messages from the suspect containing images of victims who appeared to be “seriously injured”.
According to MirrorThe man decapitated the elderly couple, leaving one of the heads in the kitchen, then mutilated the dog and fled in a golf cart. Gerdville also attacked a park employee.
After escaping, the suspect was pursued by police officers who asked him to lie down on the ground, but Gerdville did not comply. The assailant was carrying a metal water meter, and officers shot him in the abdomen, right thigh and groin.
After the blow and during the arrest, the suspect begged to be killed and began singing music.
Joseph Brandon Gurdville is charged with double murder. The assailant suffers from serious mental disorders and is hospitalized in serious condition.
