The children of the Tatarstan Supreme Court judge turned out to be US citizens, the Mash Telegram channel announced on August 30.
The TV channel reported that the children of Tatarstan Supreme Court judge Rizvan Yusupov have US citizenship. As Mash reported, the judge’s family is taking all measures to conceal this fact for fear of Yusupov losing his post.
The Telegram channel published information that Yusupov secretly traveled with his pregnant wife, Elvira Yusupova, to the United States so that the birth would take place in the United States. The children’s citizenship was obtained secretly, using the services of the American consulate.
As the channel reported, in order to hide the fact that the children had American citizenship, the Yusupovs spread false information that the birth took place in Kazan.
According to the channel, the couple are avoiding communication with investigators and the judge is preparing to resign. A criminal case has been opened against Elvira Yusupova and her 19-year-old son Gayaz for concealing foreign citizenship. Rizvan and Elvira’s eldest daughter, Nailya, currently lives in the Netherlands.
