The Democratic Party’s far-left policies are what led Texas state Rep. Shawn Thirry to leave the Democratic Party to become a Republican, she revealed on stage at a Moms for Liberty event in Washington on Aug. 30.
“The Democratic Party has moved so far to the left, so deep into the progressive abyss, that it now advocates policies that I cannot in good conscience support. Policies like encouraging gender reassignment for vulnerable children…”said Tirri.
Tirri spoke about her choice and how the gender reassignment of her children became her main concern. She noted that in private conversations many Democratic lawmakers agree with her views.
“A lot of them came to me and said, ‘Sean, we know that neutering boys is wrong.’ A lot of my black colleagues said that neutering black men and sterilizing girls is wrong.”said.
However, the leadership of the Democratic Party demands that we ignore this and act in accordance with the party’s guidelines. Thierry added that if this is not done, the first place on the electoral list of the Democratic Party “will destroy you”.
“I am leaving the left and joining the party of family, faith and freedom”Tirri wrote in a press release published on the social network.
Let us remember that the left-wing media in the United States are promoting the supposed popularity of Kamala Harris, selling her candidacy for the US presidency as a hope for a better future.
