Armenia invites Azerbaijan to sign all agreed articles of the draft peace treaty, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said at a press conference on August 31.
“We proposed to take all the agreed articles and wording from the text of the peace agreement and sign it as a peace agreement.”TASS quotes Pashinyan.
He added that the signed agreement must be ratified, after which discussions can continue.
Pashinyan said that out of the 17 articles of the draft peace treaty, 13 have been fully agreed upon, including the preamble.
“Three more articles consist of more than one sentence and the wording of most of these articles is consistent.”he pointed out.
Recall that yesterday, August 30, Russian Ambassador to Baku Mikhail Evdokimov said that negotiations between Armenia and Azerbaijan are in line with trilateral agreements, including Russia.
