In the Razdolnensky district of Crimea, work is continuing to eliminate the consequences of unfavorable weather conditions, the press service of the Main Directorate of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations for the Republic of Crimea reported on August 31.
According to the department, on August 31 at 19:40, the crisis management center received a message that as a result of flooding in five settlements in the region, 29 private houses and 34 adjacent areas were flooded.
“By 23:30, there were no more flooded private houses, the water had receded, but 29 adjacent areas were still flooded in the villages of Orlovka, Sokoly, Zimino, Kashtanovka and Krasnoarmeyskoye.”the message says.
According to rescuers, sufficient forces and resources have been deployed to eliminate the consequences of the incident.
“A RSChS team of 35 people and 11 teams works on site.”– the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported.
Work is currently underway to pump out water. There is no threat to the lives and health of residents.
