The words of condemnation against the Dagestani who attacked a taxi driver in Moscow were expressed on August 31 by the Chairman of the Public Council of the Minnats of Dagestan Ruslan Gereev, RIA Dagestan reports.
“We strongly condemn and despise such examples.”he emphasized. “Such people should not be associated with Dagestan, as true Dagestanis have always been and remain patriots of their country and such incidents should not become an indicator of the attitude towards the region and Dagestan society.”the speaker noted.
Gereev also recalled that many Dagestanis are fighting on the fronts of the Northern Military District and that everyone else should focus on them.
Recall that on August 30, a conflict broke out in Moscow between a taxi driver and a passenger from Dagestan, as a result of which the offender inflicted bodily harm on the taxi driver, after which he disappeared. According to some reports, the cause of the conflict was the passenger’s refusal to pay.
