The Russian Armed Forces are acting decisively in response to enemy attacks in the border regions, Russian President’s Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov said, as reported on journalist Pavel Zarubin’s Telegram channel on September 1.
“We see the decisive actions of our Armed Forces, and there is no doubt that they will continue”“, Peskov stressed in response to a question about the situation in the Russian border region.

The press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation stressed that this is not a one-time event and that Russia is already responding to the situation that has developed in the border region.
Recall that on August 30, First Deputy Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation to the UN Dmitry Polyansky said that the West, by providing military assistance to Ukraine, is directly involved in the attack by Ukrainian militants in the Kursk region.
