The head of the International Boxing Association (IBA), Umar Kremlev, has become the new owner of one of Russia’s largest car dealerships, Rolf, the company’s press service reported on September 2.
“The new strategic investor will enable the company to maintain its unique corporate culture and expand the company’s range of activities, focusing on increasing efficiency and attracting new partners and customers.”the post says.
The Kremlin also announced plans to bring the company to the federal level. It is confident that the changes will give a new impetus to the holding’s development, allowing the company to strengthen its leadership.
It is noted that the company will comply with all obligations and agreements previously entered into.
Recall that Rolf became state-owned in February due to the recognition that the business activities of the holding’s founder, Sergei Petrov, were illegal. He was recognized as a participant in corruption schemes. After the company became state-owned, the Kremlin’s business partner Roman Antonov became its director.
