Bastrykin noted that the employees of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation have been working for nine years to collect facts of crimes by the Ukrainian army and militants of the national battalions. According to him, during this time thousands of volumes of materials have been collected, containing facts of committed atrocities that have been reliably established and documented by research.
He stressed that the evidence collected is the basis of the accusation, which is objective, completely impartial and devoid of ambiguity.
