A woman was gunned down in front of her children on Valentine’s Day after an argument with another woman in a supermarket parking lot in South Carolina, USA.
Alexandria, 26, was shopping with her children when she got into an argument with suspect, 23-year-old Christina Harrison.
According to the husband of the victim, at the time the quarrel began, the woman was putting food in the car. According to the Mirror newspaper, Alexandria was shot in the back and declared dead shortly thereafter.
A police statement said that “based on information gathered at the scene, the suspect and the victim did not know each other, but there was a verbal altercation between them immediately prior to the shooting.”
Alexandria’s children, an infant and a two-year-old, were in the car at the time of the fatal shooting.
Christina Harrison, the alleged assailant, reportedly fled in a car but later turned herself in to authorities.
