The Ordem dos Enfermeiros (OE) criticizes the proposal, stating “inaccuracies and failures”, and considers the exclusion of nurses from the group as serious. “This is an option based essentially on medical vision. This reduces, conditions and creates an important bias towards the set target,” says OE.
