The Constitutional Court (CC) declared on Monday a law that amends the regulation of professional orders as constitutional because it found no contempt for constitutional principles or norms, a higher court said today.
“The Constitutional Court did not consider non-compliance with any constitutional principles or norms, therefore, it did not speak in the sense of unconstitutionality of any of the verified orders,” said today the chairman of the Labor Code, Joao Kaupers.
The President of the TC read today at a public meeting at the Palacio Ratton, the seat of this highest court in Lisbon, the decision of the panel of judges, confirming the legislative changes promoted by the Government, which were sent for preventive review of the TC. at the request of the President of the Republic, Marcelo Rebelo de Souza.
