Photos with obscene images on a memorial stele honoring the heroes of the Great Patriotic War were posted on social media by outraged residents of the city of Dubovka, Volgograd region, on March 1, according to the online publication Volgograd City News. .

“We have repeatedly written that some people grow up to be utter idiots and hooligans. Sports simulators, playgrounds, benches, fence walls in public places are mutilated in city parks with perverted motives and swear words.
