The new tariff calculation system for general housing needs entered into force in the Rostov region on March 1, the regional Ministry of Housing and Communal Services reported.
We are talking about the common needs of the house for electricity, water supply, sanitation, heating of the entrance. Previously, in houses where there are no general housing meters, the rates were determined according to the power formulas of the connected equipment and the specific consumption of resources. Now, meter readings in houses of similar design, located in the same climatic conditions, will be taken as a basis.
As a general rule, there are no common house meters in old houses. For residents of such houses, fees may increase. The ministry ensures that they can decrease. It is noted that everything will depend on the level of resource consumption, which can be higher or lower than the standard indicators.
