The Lisbon Judicial Police (PJ) arrested two men, aged 25 and 36, through the homicide unit, for shooting a six-year-old child on December 23 last year in Bairro da Torre, in Loures.
ABOUT cm it is known that both were arrested on Tuesday at the Institute of Forensic Medicine (IML) in Lisbon.
Both are cousins who were slightly injured and wanted to avenge a knife attack they carried out in November 2022 in the same area.
The youngest detainee even received serious injuries, which required a long hospitalization.
The target could be an adult cousin of the attackers, who was next to a six-year-old child. However, the shotgun rounds ricocheted off the ground and hit the younger boy in the stomach and one of his legs.
After collecting evidence, the Trial Chamber yesterday arrested two men at the IML, where they were called in for a forensic medical examination in connection with the stab wounds they had received.
The two men are present this Wednesday at the Lures Judicial Court.
They are charged with aggravated murder.
The joint venture did not seize the used weapons.
