In the Rostov region, no changes in tariffs for housing and communal services are expected in 2023, the press service of the regional administration reports on March 2.
It is noted. that the decision to revise rates is made at the federal level. Its next indexing, according to the law, will occur no earlier than July 1, 2024.
At the same time, it is reported that from March 1, 2023, a decree of the government of the Russian Federation on a recalculation of general building standards for the consumption of communal resources came into force. Accordingly, the regions will perform the calculations according to the new rules, but this process will take a long time.
“It will take at least a year to carry out activities to collect, analyze, refine the initial data and calculate the standards. Meanwhile, the new norms have not been calculated, the approved ones continue to operate, which were previously used to determine the payment of utility resources for the maintenance of common goods in an apartment building.– indicated in the message.
Earlier it was reported that tariffs for general housing needs (electricity, water supply, sewage, input heating) will be calculated according to the new rules. Previously, in houses where there are no common house meters, tariffs were determined according to the power formulas of the connected equipment and the specific consumption of resources. Now, meter readings in houses of similar design, located in the same climatic conditions, will be taken as a basis.
