US retail giant Costco officially opens a third supermarket in mainland China, Xinhua reports on March 2.
The official opening of a supermarket with an area of 15 thousand square meters. m will be held on March 10 in the Pudong district of Shanghai. The point of sale will implement a system for pre-ordering products through an application for smartphones.
Additionally, Costco is reportedly set to open several more stores in other mainland Chinese cities before the end of the year.
