“With this bill, the own and free income does not change, that is, income is not affected, the volume of expenses increases and the size of the deficit changes by the number of target balances that we had on January 1, 2023”she said.
The amount of 1 trillion 309 million 400 thousand rubles is being discussed. One billion of them belong to the road fund, 156 million were allocated by Russian Railways in the public-private partnership process, and 146.9 million were received from the housing and communal services reform fund.
