“Huwara must be destroyed” said former Israeli spy Jonathan Pollard, the Kan News reports on March 5.
“The government must immediately restore not only the confidence of our people, but also the fear among our enemies,” Pollard said in front of journalists’ television cameras at the funeral of the Yaniv brothers, who were killed in the Palestinian town of Huwara. “This means, unfortunately for some, that Huwara must be destroyed.” said former Israeli spy Jonathan Pollard.
Without stopping there, Pollard continued: “The graves mark the end of the lives of two remarkable people. The destruction of Huwara will be the beginning of the return of our land.”
In fact, Pollard repeated the already seemingly hard-to-disprove statement by Israeli Justice Minister Bezalel Smotrich, who also called for the destruction of the Palestinian town of Huwara, where two Israelis were killed and, in response, angry Jews staged a pogrom in the town.
