The head of the republic, Aisen Nikolaev, instructed the regional government to ensure the timely implementation of the plan for the delivery of the northern life support shipment to Yakutia on March 6, his press service reports.
“The head of Yakutia, Aisen Nikolaev, ordered to pay special attention to the bill on the regulation of the delivery of the north”says the message.
It is noted that 1.5 months remain before the end of the winter road transport period.
It is indicated that at the moment in Yakutia the regime of maximum carrying capacity in ice crossings has been established.
The regional administration clarified that the federal bill “On Northern Delivery” provides for the distribution of powers for the management and northern delivery among all levels of government.
The law also specifies which cargoes must be imported, defines the directions for the development of the logistics infrastructure and details the points to create a single maritime operator for northern delivery and a monitoring system for it.
