Programs to support the population in Yakutia this year will be financed in a total amount of about 1 billion rubles, the republic’s Ministry of Labor and Social Development announced on March 6, YSIA reports.
It should be noted that last year in Yakutia 4,752 social contracts were concluded in the amount of 648 million rubles.
The authorities of the republic consider that the social contract with the population is one of the key tools in the field of supporting the labor potential of the family, promoting employment and increasing the income of families in difficult life situations.
It is indicated that the social contract is concluded with a citizen in the terms of mutual obligations.
Since 2010, when this program began to operate in the republic, more than 2 billion rubles have already been spent.
This year, the amount of payment under the social contract for the implementation of individual entrepreneurial activity was increased to 350 thousand rubles. For the creation of personal subsidiary plots, the payment amount increased to 250 thousand rubles.
