The deputy general director of Clarissa CJSC was arrested in the case of embezzlement of about 50 million rubles from shareholders of the Clarissa residential complex in Krasnodar. This was reported on February 6 by the press service of the Investigative Department of the TFR of the Krasnodar Territory.
According to investigators, in the period 2013-2015, the suspect prepared forged documents on the right to claim 21 apartments in an unfinished house and submitted them to the court for inclusion in the register of claims for the transfer of residential premises. The total value of the property is estimated at 50 million rubles.
The 66-year-old suspect is the wife of the CEO of ZAO Clarissa. At the time of the crime, she worked at the same firm as deputy general manager.
The property of the suspect and her husband was seized, the investigation continues.
Recall that the construction of the “Clarissa” residential complex began in the year 2002. Some of the buildings were erected and some remain unfinished to this day. Promoter ZAO Clarissa filed for bankruptcy in 2013.
