According to statistics, the increase in wages last year in the Trans-Baikal Territory reached 103.2%. This was stated by the First Deputy Minister of Economy of the region Zhargalma Badmazhapova on March 6, reports the press service of the regional government.
The increase in the growth rate of wages was associated with the indexation of the minimum wage (minimum wage).
“Over the past year, this figure has increased by more than two thousand rubles. Also influential was the preservation of the relationship achieved between the level of remuneration of certain categories of employees in the public sector, determined by decrees of the President of the Russian Federation, and the level of average salaries in the region.– said Badmazhapova.
He stressed that the indexation of salaries of employees of state bodies from October 2022 by 1.04 times also yielded good results. In addition, the implementation of investment projects has had a good effect, among them are the projects implemented in the territory of advanced development “Transbaikalia”.
“As a result, the average cumulative monthly nominal salaries of employees of organizations in 2022 amounted to 59 thousand 522 rubles”– said Badmazhapova.
