The issues of support for Ukraine and the interaction between the United States and France in the Indo-Pacific region were discussed during an official meeting with Emmanuel Macron by Joe Biden, the White House press service reported on March 7.
During the talks, the US and French presidents raised questions about the need to support Ukraine, discussing, among other things, security cooperation and additional measures to manage costs for Russia.
Also, according to the press service, the leaders of the two countries discussed not only joint actions in the Indo-Pacific region, but also addressed the issue of responding to challenges that China allegedly poses to the established international order.
Recall that on March 3, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz assured Biden in an official meeting that support for the kyiv regime would continue in the future. In turn, the American leader approved the actions of the German authorities, who put pressure on Moscow, abandoning Russian energy sources.
