The last semifinalist in the Russian bandy championship has been determined

The third match of the quarterfinals of the 31st Russian bandy championship of the 2022/2023 season ended with an important victory for Dynamo Moscow over Krasnoyarsk Yenisei. The match took place on March 7 at the Zorkiy stadium in Krasnogorsk.

In the first thirty minutes of the meeting, Almaz Mirgazov was especially active: first, in the 13th minute, the Dynamo striker managed to rebound, then, in the 27th minute, he hit the second ball from the corner. And in the 35th minute, Vladislav Tarasov increased the score of the Muscovites with a graceful roundhouse kick – 3:0.

Only in the 39th minute, Krasnoyarsk’s Sergei Lomanov took possession of the ball in the hosts’ box and opened the gate for Roman Chernykh from close range. However, four minutes later, the blue and white player Vladislav Tarasov beat two defenders and the goalkeeper with an elegant move – 4:1.

In the 50th minute, Lomanov reduced the difference to two goals by converting a corner, but the Muscovites, taking advantage of the tiredness of the guests and the advantage of their own half, methodically brought the score to nine goals before the final whistle. The score could have become double digits, but in the 89th minute, Tarasov was unable to get past Yenisei goalkeeper Artem Dranichnikov from the penalty spot.

Dynamo (Moscow) – Enisey (Krasnoyarsk) 9:2 (4:1)

Goals Scored (minutes): Almaz Mirgazov (13, 27, 58, 78), Vladislav Tarasov (35, 90), Yegor Akhmanaev (43, 68), Evgeny Filippov (80) – Sergey Lomanov (39, 50).

Let’s remember that according to the competition regulations, the matches of the ¼ finals were played up to two victories. In the first quarterfinal on March 3, Muscovites lost in Krasnoyarsk with a score of 3:7, in the second quarterfinal on March 6 in Krasnogorsk, Dynamo won with a one-goal advantage.

Thus, Dynamo becomes the fourth semifinalist of the season and will play to reach the final with SKA-Neftyanik Khabarovsk on March 10 and 13. It should be noted that the semifinal series is played up to two wins and, if necessary, an additional match will be held on March 14.
