“More than complex negotiations are starting today,” the UGT said, while other unions representing workers considered the announced figures to be “dramatic.”

“These are difficult decisions that are not taken lightly. We acknowledge the uncertainty they are creating for our team and assure them that we will offer them our full support in the coming months,” Ford Model Europe Managing Director Martin Sander, quoted in the statement, said. released on the same day.
From 2030, Ford wants to sell only electric vehicles in Europe, and by 2035 it will stop selling vans with an internal combustion engine.
