PS Assistant Secretary General Joao Torres accused former President of the Republic Cavaco Silva this Saturday of inattention to the government’s housing measures and of continuing to use a “destructive spirit” towards the executive branch.

Cavaco Silva spoke this Saturday at a conference marking the 30th anniversary of the Special Relocation Program (PER), an initiative by the Lisbon City Council, which was also attended by PSD President Luis Montenegro, who considered “justified and well-founded” Cavaco Silva’s criticism.
